The official site from college board has a list in pdf file https://secure-media.collegeboard.org/digitalServices/pdf/professionals/sat-score-use-practices-participating-institutions.pdf.  You can check "all scores" or "Highest Section " in Use Practice column.
Please note it subject to change for individual colleges so you need to check them as needed

Recent changes for some colleges:
This can be checked by typing college name in https://bigfuture.collegeboard.org/college-search.  Please check on individual college's website for update-to-date official info
